Intermezzo Implant System

The Implant surgery assumes the teeth loss and needs some time for osseointegration after the surgery. Also, the special treatment is necessary to solve the aesthetical problem and the mastication inconvenience. Although temporary dentures supplement this function, the loading caused by dentures may interrupt osseointegration, and the denture cannot be installed for about two weeks until the gingival tissue heals. Especially, dentures is hard to be used in the case of the bone graft or when the augmentation by membrane is necessary.

1) Purpose:

In case of a compressor that produces and supplies compressed gas, mechanical seal is used at rotating region to prevent gas leakage. However, gas may leak even with the mechanical seal. To prevent further gas leakage as well as to reduce the constraint at the mechanical seal, 'sealing gas' is applied, preventing damages and enhancing the lifecycle of machine as well as lowering the production cost.



2) Working Mechanism:

Just as of the Lube Oil Unit mentioned above, a constant pressure is maintained with a pressure control valve to supply the sealing gas. Further, a filter is installed to prevent any dust from entering into the system.
