Lube Oil Unit
1) Purpose:
To supply lubricating oil at rotating parts of compressor, large pump, gear box, and bearing with constant pressure, temperature and quantity, preventing performance decline due to friction as well as lengthening the lifecycle of machine.
2) Working Mechanism:
An oil reservoir part is installed, and then the oil is circulated by a pump/motor unit into machine parts requiring lubrication. The oil pressure is maintained at a constant level by a pressure control valve while the temperature is controlled by a temperature control valve. The circulated oil gathered at the oil reservoir is hot so to be cooled by a cooler, preventing excessive rise of the oil temperature. Since the system is installed at rotating parts, any dust can cause a severe damage to the machine. Thus, a filter is installed to prevent any dust from entering into the system.
